We offer FREE trackable international shipping on all orders.

The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Out of respect to the environment, we have opted for longer, more earth-friendly shipping times. As an eco-conscious business, we try to reduce our impact on the earth as much as possible. We understand some customers enjoy two-day shipping, however, this results in high emissions that negatively impact our climate. US and Canada: 5 - 16 days*
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 19 days* 
Europe**: 9 - 17 days*

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility

For Pre-Ordered Or Back-Ordered Items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.


Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our 'Track Your Order' page. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show.


Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@apwant.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


Returns:

By placing an order on Gymnatics-store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our warehouse. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.


Lost Or Stolen Packages:

Gymnatics-store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on ourn  'Track Your Order' page.
